This improvement strategy is then analyzed to take into account the vision for the organization in terms of technical capabilities to determine the gaps.

 

The gaps are categorized and prioritized in line with current industry best practices and evaluated in terms of the organization’s ability to integrate the recommended tools.

 

Often times the tools are not the cause of the in-optimal performance but it’s the misalignment of the tools to the processes and in essence this exercise is a discovery of internal capabilities and tools alignments to enable the success of the organization.
