Designed, delivered and implemented a case management tool for the US Department of State in support of Refugee intake processing. Client Solutions resources where hired by the contract awardee of Computer Sciences Corporation and the product was deployed to 7 international sites where the cases were collected for assessment and evaluation purposes and subsequently for coordinating the transition of the cases to the NGOs in the US that agreed to service these cases.

Built a capabilities assessment matrix to evaluate the performance of Project Managers at Novartis. The effort was to capture the Client Assessments as well as the delivery teams’ own evaluations of critical path hurdles and issues commonly encountered. The outcome as a white paper of the critical success factors for project and project team success in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Implemented a Project Management Solution to manage the Integration and Consolidation activities of the Pfizer/Pharmacia entities. This program entailed the establishment of the Program Management Office at Pfizer as well as the tools to coordinate, track and manage over 150 sub projects within this program.
