Client Solutions is a U.S. small business established in 2003 to provide Program Management services to both private and public entities including government agencies.
Client Solutions has supported clients in industries including Telecommunications, Power and Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Emergency Management, Online Education, Banking and Finance and Linguistics, providing superior Project Management, Software Development Management (Agile and Waterfall), Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning.
Our strength and track record of success is based on rigorous client requirements capture and verification, alignment of business needs to both tactical and strategic client objectives, and leveraging our internal company strengths, and capabilities with industry leading partners and resources to provide the highest possible quality of service.
Given our past performance, inherent knowledge of the Middle East, linguistics excellence, and our solutions focused approach; the Middle East region is where we plan to expand our company footprint over the next several years.
Capabilities Statement
Client Solutions senior management team includes over 40 years of experience of which 25 are in support of the United States government. The senior management team holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma certifications, and specialized training in software including Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft SharePoint.
Client Solutions also has an extensive network of resources including Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) relationships as well as private sector business partners which we will leverage on behalf of our clients as the needs arise.
Our knowledge of and insight in the Middle East is robust, thanks to our partnerships that brings forward years of collective experience in program management, international implementations as well as various Information Technology capabilities in the region. Client Solutions is confident that we are able to access technical and managerial resources needed on short notice to enable success for us and you, our client.
Language Capabilities
Client Solutions currently employs or contracts a team of linguists that are fluent and certified to teach languages including: English, French, Farsi, Urdu, Dari, and several dialects of Arabic used throughout the Middle East and Persian Gulf States
